CHAMPION HOTPOT HELL FOR LEATHER AT PERRANFELL AND HIS GRANDSIRE CHAMPION DODDSLINE KRISTEN Elwyn is a chip off the old block, He has followed in his grandfathers footsteps and become a champion. He has been awarded this status at roughly the same age as Kristen was when he gained his title Like his grandsire, Elwyn is genetically clear of CEA . Elwyn has a cracking temperament and is a worthy champion. Big Big thanks to his owners Nigel and Lisa Hughes, especially Lisa who has to take credit for making him into the wonderful showman he is. Also many thanks to the judges that gave Elwyn his CC's especially Mr Albert Wright for his 3rd (at the Welsh KC Aug 2008, and for the fantastic critique ... As Mr Wright says , Elwyn is all heeler ! Lets hope in time Elwyn will himself produce the next generation of fabulous Doddsline dogs.

OTHER NEWS... Hotpot Bryn and Doddsline Revil have gone to Sweden to Tanspots kennel You can see them at www.tanspots.se Good luck to the boys in their new home. Congratulations to Hotpot Sparkle for Leyeside and of course Joan her owner and expert handler for her wonderful results so far this year and her first CC under judge Ginnette Simpson. CHAMPION DODDSLINE KRISTEN Has had his sperm frozen and stored by the company Fit and Fertile, I am now also able to offer him at stud to the world using chilled sperm, if anyone is interested in using Kristen contact me at Kay@lancashireheeler.net
Kris is genetically free of CEA and has never produced a case of PLL after over 10 years of stud duties to many bitches.
At 12 years of age he’s still going strong and still looking wonderful and still producing quality puppies, his last litter was born in April ‘08, 5 strong bitches of lovely type and beautifully marked. Kris was also the first male champion of this breed here in the UK, What a dog Norman left this breed! Simply the best ... Norman did it, he couldn't have bred a better heeler if he'd bred another 200 pups. Kris has got the looks the temperament and the health - what more can you have, everyday its a pleasure to look at Kristen a REAL BEST OF BREED.

The Lancashire Heeler is the most versatile, compact, fun loving, happy, charming, and affectionate breed of dog I have ever known.
The Lancashire Heeler was created long ago, it is a mixture of breeds. Some say the Corgi and Manchester Terrier had a big part to play in the evolution of the Lancashire Heeler, once known as the Ormskirk Heeler.
Whatever the true origins, the Lancashire Heelers we have today were clever enough to take the best bits from each, giving them power, agility, intelligence, good looks, a sense of humour and a loving nature.
If that’s not enough, the little guys even smile.
